Spread out the pre-dried mushrooms evenly across the drying racks, making sure that they aren’t touching each other.
When using your dehydrator, be sure to set it to a low temperature around 104 degrees Fahrenheit or 40 degrees Celsius.
This temperature will help keep the psilocybin intact in the mushrooms.
The whole process will take between 4 to 7 hours depends on how long you pre-dried your magic mushrooms.
How to Air Dry Magic Mushrooms
This is the cheapest and probably easiest way to dry your mushrooms but it is nowhere as effect as using a food dehydrator, especially if you’re in a humid environment.

How Long Does It Take for Magic Mushrooms to Dry?
There are two factors that will determine how long it will take to dry out your magic mushrooms – dehydration method and the size of your batch.
The end goal is to have your mushrooms be cracker dry meaning that you can easily snap the stems.
There should be absolutely zero moisture left in your mushroom.
